Finopolis is the largest forum for IT and financial market in Russia. For Tinkoff booth we delivered an interactive mechanic that helped the bank to find and collect talented young people. Visitors were welcome to select a card with a mathematical task and try to solve it. The most successful participants were then invited to an employee interview. All this process was accompanied with an entertaining digital infrastructure.

Idea & approach
The idea was to create a space where people could learn about career opportunities and find the best work trajectory with HR solutions from Tinkoff.
The stand was divided into three zones. A screen from where a visitor could learn about new educational projects and courses organized by Tinkoff Bank. Area for solving math problems. An interactive screen with a career questionnaire.

work experience a visitor could earn scores. People with the highest scores were granted an invitation for a job interview in Tinkoff Bank. A colorful Unicorn was
a guide on the stand: he reacted to the responses of users and gave emotional feedback.

Your test task
Visitors were welcome to select a card with a mathematical task and try to solve it. With the maximum result, the participant could win prizes: from small pleasant and useful gifts to a summer internship at the Tinkoff Bank. All this process was accompanied with an entertaining digital infrastructure.
